The Marquette I urn is an ethnic keepsake (using marquetry) with an individual piece base which also serves as an urn. Marquetry is a decorative inlaid wood craft that requires cutting multiple small pieces of assorted wood and joining them together in an intricate pattern. Made from domestic walnut, maple, burl, non-endangered exotic zebrawood and ebony. The jewelry case is lined with velvet and is built with a lift-out divided tray. The jewelry case can be used with the base or used seperately.
